Themed evenings from June: Pizza, Burger, BBQ
A simple plan: starting in June we host themed evenings. One night, one concept, one clear menu.
What’s planned
- Pizza night — fresh from the wood oven, in several variations
- Burger night — burgers with regional meat, house-made sauces
- BBQ night — grill on the terrace, Swiss meat and vegetables from the region
We will announce the exact dates here on News and via our newsletter.
Why by reservation
So we can buy precisely — and not throw anything away. We cook what has been ordered, and nothing more. That is fair to the environment and honest about the prices.
